Pokémon TCG: Shining Fates Shiny Vault Cards Officially Revealed

The Pokémon Company has revealed the first set of Shiny Pokémon for the upcoming Shining Fates expansion for the Pokémon TCG. Shining Fates is composed of the regular and rare cards from the Japanese Set Shiny Star V. Shining Fates releases on February 19th.

Pokémon TCG: Rapid Strike Master and Single Strike Master Officially Revealed

From the Battle Style announcement mentioned yesterday, the next Pokémon TCG Expansion for Sword and Shield;  Rapid Strike Master (Rengeki s5r) and Single Strike Master (Ichigeki s5i)  set has been officially revealed for Japan. Along with this the English set Battle Styles (SwSh5)  has also been revealed.

The Pokémon Company has officially announced that Shining Fates (SwSh 4.5) will be the next set for the Pokémon TCG. This set will comprise mostly of the Shiny Pokémon cards released in Japan's Shiny Star V . Shining Fates will release on February 19th.

A previously unannounced new product has shown up on the Pokémon Center website today. The Galar Sidekicks Premium Collection features the Galarian Starters, 11 packs of cards, the coin from the Spring Collectors Chest , a dangler (keychain) , and the same 3 V Promos that came in the Galar Starter V Tins .

Pokémon TCG: V Battle Decks - Venusaur vs Blastoise

The V Battle Decks have been revealed. These are most likely a replacements for the Theme Decks (see original post below for my thoughts) and will be similar to the Venusaur and Blastoise Decks Japan is getting. There will be two versions; individual decks featuring Venusaur V and Blastoise V ($14.99 MSRP) , and a Venusaur vs Blastoise Bundle ($29.99 MSRP) including both decks.

We saw photos of all the new Shiny Pokémon coming to Shiny Star V, and today we have better resolution images of Ditto V (323/190) & VMAX (324/190) , Grimsnarl V (321/190) and Eiscue (234/190) . These were revealed in today's YouTube video.

Pokémon TCG: Shiny Star V Shiny Rare, Shiny Secret Rare and Ultra Rare and Ultra Rare Cards Revealed

With Shiny Star V releasing on the 20th, it was only a matter of time before photos of the cards appeared online. We now have photos of all of the Shiny V and VMAX cards along with the Cold Ultra Rare cards. Once better resolution images are available they will be added to the set list article . Update 11/18/2020 Additionally somebody has pulled a "God Pack" from Shiny Star V similar to last year's SM12a Tag All Stars. These packs include all rares and in this case the cards were; 7 'S' (Shiny Rare) and 3 SSR (Shiny Secret Rare) (2 V + 1 VMAX). PokéGuardian was told this is a 1/600 chance. Update Photos of the normal Shiny Rare cards are starting to appear. In addition some photos of the  Full Art Trainers  have also surfaced, and an image of the new reverse holo pattern.
