CMON's SDCC Exclusives: A Betrayal to Loyal Fans and Backers?

In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. These exclusives include: Zombicide: White Death TMNT Expansion: Featuring comics and Rocksteady and Bebop miniatures for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. Pokémon TCG: Shiny VMAX Collection Revealed for Thailand

The next expansion set for the Pokémon TCG in Thailand has been revealed as Shiny VMAX Collection (SC3a T/SC3b T) and will release on December 25th.

Thailand is skipping set sc2a T/sc2b T, and this set appears to include cards from the last three Japanese Sword and Shield sets; Legendary Heartbeat (s3a), Astonishing Volt Tackle (s4) and Shiny Star V (s4a) sets, which make up the English Vivid Voltage (SwSh 4) and Shining Fates (SwSh 4.5).

Shiny VMAX Collection is different from prior expansion packs, in that each pack contains 4 random cards and 1 of them is a guaranteed V or VMAX foil card.

There will also be a Starter Deck featuring cards from Set A including; Pikachu V, Eevee V, Ditto V, Galarian Darmanitan V and Nessa.

From the Pack Art it appears the Shiny Charizard VMAX, Pikachu V & VMAX, Shiny Lapras, and Amazing Rare Zamazenta, Celebi, and Jirachi will be in Set A while Set B will have Eternatus VMAX, Crobat V, Shiny Grimsnarl V, Shiny Rillaboom VMAX, Alcremie VMAX, and Amazing Rare Zacian.

We will have to wait for the full set list on December 11th to see if they put Shiny Charizard V and Rainbow Raire Pikachu VMAX in Set B to split demand.
