Pokémon TCG: Shining Fates Products Revealed

The Pokémon Company has officially announced that Shining Fates (SwSh 4.5) will be the next set for the Pokémon TCG. This set will comprise mostly of the Shiny Pokémon cards released in Japan's Shiny Star V. Shining Fates will release on February 19th.

It appears The Pokémon Company is banking on the hype with prior Shiny Fall Sets; Shining Legends and Hidden Fates with the naming.

We already had an idea of some of the products due to previously revealed information, along with knowing the set size due to the English Shiny Charizard leak. There was even a Toxtricity Pack Art that everyone thought was a hoax.

These boxes don't contain the 25th Anniversary Logo and personally I feel this is a letdown for a 25th Anniversary set. Most likely this is an early Fall release set as that is where they normally put the sets containing Shiny Pokémon Cards (Legendary Collection, EX Hidden Legends, Shining Legends, Hidden Fates).

Hopefully the only throwback we get isn't the McDonald's cards, and instead we get to see a set similar to XY Evolutions as our 8th Sword and Shield Set (SwSh 8.0) and a better Fall Mini Set (SwSh 7.5) similar to the Generations 20th Anniversary Set.

The official Logo, Product Box Art, and Booster Pack Art has been revealed for Shining Fates. No official images yet on the previously revealed Mini Tins and Premium Collection.
