Image
The trailer for the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past was been released and gives a little insight on what the movie's premise is going to be about. Based of the story arc of the same name, it pits the future X-Men against the past, in order to save it. In some of my past posts we have seen images and previews of the sentinel , but a trailer is always better. Watch the trailer by clicking Read More.

X-Treme X-Men #7 Review If the team can't defeat the Xavier from the United States of California...what will happen to Nightcrawler? Cover/Solicit - 3/5 - Would I pick-up the comic based on the solicit/cover alone? Are the alternate covers appealing? Does the solicit/cover portray what happens in the issue? Is the coloring/inking enjoyable and easy to distinguish what's happening? Can I easily read the lettering? Layout/Flow - 4/5 - Does the layout of the issue make it easy to read? Does the issue have a good flow of the plot and keep me engaged? Story - 4/5 - Weighted Triple. How well did the issue further develop the current story? How well did the issue further develop the characters? Did I enjoy reading the issue?

X-Men: Days of Future Past Teaser Images

Image
Here are a couple preview images from X-Men: Days of Future Past tweeted by Bryan Singer. It appears as though part of the movie will be set in 1973. Things are looking good for the new movie, my hope though is they don't over-due it with stars. They announce another mutant to the roster it seems like every week. My hope personally is most of them will have 1-2 lines or less and mainly be background characters. James McAvoy (Professor X) Nicholas Hoult (Beast, Hank) & Hugh Jackman (Wolverine, Logan) X-Men: Days of Future Past is scheduled for release on July 18, 2014, with a cast including McAvoy (Professor X), Jackman (Wolverine), Hoult (Beast), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Patrick Stewart (Professor X), Ian McKellen (Magneto), Anna Paquin (Rogue), Ellen Page (Kitty Pryde), Shawn Ashmore (Iceman), Peter Dinklage (Puck), Omar Sy (Bishop) and Halle Berry (Storm).
