Wise Wizard Games announced the launch of Wacky Wizard Games, a new brand imprint focused on family-friendly, lightweight games. Three games are planned for release in 2024 as part of this new brand imprint: Star Realms Academy, Caution Signs, and Pack the Essentials. If you are interested and attending PAX Unplugged they will have prototypes of Caution Signs and Pack the Essentials. "We are super excited to be adding this new family friendly product line to our catalog. We wanted to maintain the focus of Wise Wizard Games on strategy card and dice games with geeky themes, and have created Wacky Wizard Games as an umbrella for lightweight games with a more whimsical, cute vibe," shared Debbie Moynihan, COO of Wise Wizard Games. Pokémon Café Mix: Halloween Event


The Pokémon Company has announced a new event in Pokémon Café Mix for Halloween. From October 21st through to November 4th, the decor of the Café will change to a spooky set up, there will be two new background music tracks and there will be special Halloween offerings in the Café.

Alongside this, the next Special Customer Team Event has begun. Mimikyu will appear during this time and will require completion through the Team during this event to obtain it. Mimikyu has the ability to clear icons and gimmicks to the upper left, lower right, and diagonally. Then replace icons with the leader Pokémon.

Pandasaurus has announced a new 2 player set collection game District Noir is coming this summer. Preorders will start on May 19th with retail release planned for July 19th. District Noir was originally published in Japanese by Taikikennai Games in 2016 as Throne and Grail. It was then published in 2019 as Chocolate Factory by Nasza Księgarnia in Polish.
