CMON's SDCC Exclusives: A Betrayal to Loyal Fans and Backers?

In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. These exclusives include: Zombicide: White Death TMNT Expansion: Featuring comics and Rocksteady and Bebop miniatures for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. 1st Full Look at Ant-Man - #Marvel's #AntMan Teaser

The wait's over! Get your first full, official look at Marvel's "Ant-Man," first seen during "Marvel's Agent Carter"! Watch now and see the movie in theaters July 17! You can watch the trailer below.

What do you think? I personally wasn't sure about Marvel spotlighting characters like Ant-Man and Doctor Strange in a standalone movie. However with the success of the almost unknown (to non-comic readers) team that is The Guardians of the Galaxy, I think it might turn out pretty well.

What I do see however is they are spotlighting these unknowns as a sort of transition into the next phase of Avengers movies starring Ant-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, and maybe War Machine. Only time will tell.
