Fox Casts Quicksilver for Days of Future Past

So it appears that Fox is upset about the possibility of any mutant appearing in a non-Fox licensed film. It was announced yesterday via Twitter that Evan Peters will be playing the mutant in the upcoming X-Men Days of Future Past. What this means for Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch for Avengers 2 is unknown. I know that due to licensing Fox owned the rights to the "mutants" but if Marvel/Disney had used them first without reference to the X-Gene then they would just be considered Supers in the Avengers.
