CMON's SDCC Exclusives: A Betrayal to Loyal Fans and Backers?

In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. These exclusives include: Zombicide: White Death TMNT Expansion: Featuring comics and Rocksteady and Bebop miniatures for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. Pokémon TCG: Klara & Avery Box Set Revealed


A new box called Matchless Fighters Klara & Avery Set will release on March 19th, 2021 in Japan for ¥11500 JPY ($111 USD) as part of the s5a Matchless Fighters Set.

This box will be similar to the previously released Marnie Pokémon Card Gym Set from Legendary Heartbeat and the Nessa Box Set from Shiny Star V.

The set will feature the player character rivals of Klara and Avery from Sword and Shield The Isle of Armor.

The box appears to come with a Deck Box, 2 different sets of Deck Sleeves featuring each character and the Galarian Slowpoke line, and 2 Booster Boxes with at least 1 being Matchless Fighter (if like the previous boxes it will be 20 packs per box so 40 packs total).
