CMON's SDCC Exclusives: A Betrayal to Loyal Fans and Backers?

In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. These exclusives include: Zombicide: White Death TMNT Expansion: Featuring comics and Rocksteady and Bebop miniatures for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. Coming Soon: Pan's Labyrinth Dorbz!

Thanks to the good folks over at Funko Pop! News we have the first preview of the upcoming Dorbz based on the 2006 Guillermo Del Torro film Pan's Labyrinth. So far the only image is of Fauno which is #472 on the Dorbz Checklist. This leaves a gap for #471 and there are 2 Funko Pop! figures so unsure if there will be a second Dorbz of Pale Man. This appears to be a normal retail release and should be available anywhere Funko Dorbz are sold.

Update: Funko officially announced these will be coming in August and it appears that Fauno is the only Dorbz, so we will need to wait and see who is #471.

In 1944 falangist Spain, a girl, fascinated with fairy-tales, is sent along with her pregnant mother to live with her new stepfather, a ruthless captain of the Spanish army. During the night, she meets a fairy who takes her to an old faun in the center of the labyrinth. He tells her she's a princess, but must prove her royalty by surviving three gruesome tasks. If she fails, she will never prove herself to be the the true princess and will never see her real father, the king, again.
