New Avengers #34 - The End Review

New Avengers #34 Review

- Does the work blend well with the artist? Is the coloring/inking enjoyable and easy to distinguish what's happening? Can I easily read the lettering?

Layout/Flow - 5/5

- Does the layout of the issue make it easy to read? Does the issue have a good flow of the plot and keep me engaged?

Story - 5/5

- Weighted Triple. How well did the issue further develop the current story? How well did the issue further develop the characters? Did I enjoy reading the issue?

New Avengers #34 Variant Cover
Verdict - 4.7

- In this issue we again have a cover that combines with the rest of End Times story arc. While nothing special the combined image is awesome. I'm so happy there was a change of artist for this issue, New Avengers #33 - War Drumm almost made my eyes bleed. The only issue with the art this time is similar to Avengers #34 - The End where the did a little fan-service showing some of the past artists while Doctor Strange fought his fellow Avengers. Otherwise this was a great issue and even with the change in artist you understood what was happening and it flowed well. In the end we see Strange become the Sorcerer Supreme once again and Luke Cage and his family leave to start their lives. This was a great ending to this book and Bendis' run.
