Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Out of the Shadows - Leonardo Trailer

Image
The final trailer for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game Out of the Shadows has been released. This time you get to see Leonardo in all his dual-sword wielding glory. If you have watched the previous trailers you can see each turtle has his own unique play style, and I can see this being very interesting to pick and choose for particular tasks in the game. Of course the best part of their skills is when you play 4-player co-op like the old quarter munching TMNT classic arcade game.  And if you missed any of his brothers' trailers check them out below; Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles  Out of the Shadows coming out this Summer to  XBLA ,  PSN  and  Steam  marketplaces. The suggested price is $14.99.

Injustice Gods Among Us: General Zod Gameplay (Conan O'Brien)

Image
We had already heard rumors that General Zod would be joining Injustice Gods Among Us . The release was stated to coincide with the new Superman: Man of Steel Movie . Well it turns out that rumor is now confirmed as a small trailer was released on Conan O'Brien's shows yesterday. After the release of the Scorpion it was confirmed by the developers that additional characters would be released after the 4 already confirmed for the Season Pass. If you have the game then you also know there is space on the screen for 4 additional characters. Does this mean a second Season Pass? Lets hope so. The next rumored DLC is for Martian Manhunter who made a special appearance at the end of Scorpion's Trailer . Who else is on the block is unsure but lets hope it's not another member of the Bat family. General Zod will be downloadable this July, and of course Season Pass holders will have access first.

Mortal Kombat's Scorpion added to Injustice

Image
The next addition to Injustice Gods Among Us is Mortal Kombat's Scorpion. While not a DC character Jim Lee did redesign the characters look to integrate seamlessly into the Injustice Universe. I'm up in the air about this. I have always like Scorpion as a character and never played MK9 so this gives me the ability to play him again, but like so many others I would much rather have had another DC character added. If you bought the season pass you can get access to Scorpion now, if not you will have to wait to purchase him on June 11th to "Get Over Here!"

Batgirl & Killing Joke Injustice Gods Among Us DLC

Image
Netherrealm Studios has provided  MKSecrets a preview of the next DLC items, Batgirl and The Killing Joke skin pack. You can watch the trailer below. If you haven't bought the game yet you should, it's awesome. I'm not much of a fighter game guy myself, I usually play them solo. The story mode in Injustice is great and the skill level isn't that difficult as I was able to beat the Story and Ladder modes on medium difficulty. Pick the game up on Amazon now.

Sony Confirms "Future Platform" after PS3

Image
Masaru Kato, the executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Sony, confirmed on Thursday that his company is working on a "future platform" after the PlayStation 3 (PS3) console. In a conference call to investors today, he gave the following statement to explain the company's higher research-and-development budget: For the home equipment the PS3 still has a product life, but this is a platform business, so for the future platform — when we'll be introducing what product I cannot discuss that — but our development work is already under way, so the costs are incurred there. Kaz Hirai, the corporate executive officer and executive vice president of Sony, said as recently as March that his company was concentrating on the PlayStation 3 instead of a hypothetical "near-future PS4": I think the value of the PS3 will continue to rise. Because of this, a near-future PS4 or next-generation home console is not something that we are even debati...
