About the Game

Gameplay: As challenging as you want it to be

In Wolfwalkers - My Story two players compete to craft the best story using cards from a shared card market. The market always consists of 6 cards - 4 Story cards and 2 Objective cards.

Each turn you take 1 from the 6 available cards and place it on your 5x5 grid. You either take an Objective card that lets you know how to score points or a Story card that helps you fulfil your Objective cards.

After both players complete their 5x5 grid the game ends and the player who scores the most points via their fulfilled objectives wins.

That’s it. Anyone can learn to play WolfWalkers - My Story in a matter of minutes which makes it a great entry-level game. However, playtesters have noted that the game can be surprisingly deep and competitive if you want it to be. Experienced board gamers will quickly discover that every move matters which results in a thrilling back-and-forth action.

There’s not just your story to consider, but also your opponent’s tale. If you want to emerge as the best storyteller, you have to observe their tableau, deny them crucial cards and plan a few moves ahead.

WolfWalkers - My Story comes with an expansion that makes the game more interactive and ensures replayability long after it hits the table for the first time. It introduces 15 Permanent cards which alter the rules in some way or another and 25 Opportunity cards that have strong one-time-use effects. There are guidelines on how to implement the expansion and the cards ensure players will enjoy a unique challenge each time they play the game.
