In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. Those addons have an average value of $12.

The pledge for this stunning game is $49 and includes a Kickstarter exclusive - a free Armies of Blood & Dreams set with 12 additional minis. Only available for those pledging on Kickstarter.

About

A game of power based in the universe of Dragonbond.

Raid as a dragon or raise armies as a general, destroy your enemies, and cast mighty spells, all to collect power. Once you have collected 10 power tokens, you win the game immediately.

During the game, a general and a dragon in the same region have a chance of becoming Dragonbonded and playing as a team, sharing their power resource to cast spells and gaining a special ability, however, in order to win, both players require to collect 20 power in total.

In the planning phase players secretly play action cards in a face-down pile to program their actions across the board until one player passes; in the resolution phase, actions are resolved in order.

Dragons and generals play entirely different in strategy and actions. And all characters in the game have a unique deck of spells.

Most groundbreaking of all is the brand-iconic Dragonbond mechanic. If the circumstances match, a captain and a dragon will bind their gameplay and only achieve victory together.

The game is designed for 1-4 players, with a unique AI system which includes the four members of the conflict regardless of how many people are at the table.
