Pokémon TCG: Cynthia Extra Day Battle Promo Card Revealed

A new Cynthia alternate artwork of her Sun & Moon card has been revealed for Japan.

Players can obtain the Cynthia (155/S-P) promo as a participation award at Extra Battle Day tournaments that will be held starting from January 23rd at Pokémon Card Gym stores in Japan. Participants will need to purchase 6 packs to enter and only Expanded decks are allowed.

Since the card is an alternate art reprint it will only be valid in Expanded format as it has rotated out in both Japan and the US.

In addition a special playmat containing the artwork used on Kanto Friends Mini Tin by Naoki Saito, will be given away to winners of the tournament or win for winning a rock-paper-scissors challenge.

The previous Extra Battle Day promo's were Hau (394/SM-P), Acerola (395/SM-P), Guzma (396/SM-P) and Lillie (397/SM-P) all released in 2019.
