#DoctorWho Season Premiere SAT AUG 23rd on @BBCAmerica #12thDoctor


New Doctor Who is now less than two months away. BBC America has announced the premiere will be August 23rd at 8:00PM for the latest season of the beloved, long-running sci-fi series Doctor Who. This will be the first full episode starring Peter Capaldi as the 12th Doctor, who first appeared in the role in this past year’s Christmas special, “The Time of the Doctor.” We already saw a teaser a few weeks ago but now BBC America has released another 15 second clip. The clip shows the newly regenerated Doctor asking, “Am I a good man?” and Clara (Jenna Coleman) remarking, “I don’t think I know who the Doctor is anymore.” The Doctor Who series 8 premiere, “Deep Breath,” is written by showrunner Steven Moffat and directed by Ben Wheatley.
