CMON's SDCC Exclusives: A Betrayal to Loyal Fans and Backers?

In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. These exclusives include: Zombicide: White Death TMNT Expansion: Featuring comics and Rocksteady and Bebop miniatures for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. Iron Man 3's Mandarin is Back in Marvel's Next One-Shot Film All Hail the King


The One-shot that will be featured in Thor: The Dark World will be All Hail the King and Entertainment Weekly has revealed the one-shot will be all about the "fake" villain in Iron Man 3: Trevor Slattery aka The Mandarin (played by Ben Kingsley). According to EW, the feature will be 14-minutes long and is written and directed by Iron Man 3's co-writer, Drew Pearce. The man who pretended to be the Mandarin is in Seagate prison and has agreed to an interview with a documentary filmmaker. Pearce tells EW that the real Ten Rings aren't too pleased with Slattery's performance and "they would be right to be quite angry." When asked if this could serve as a prologue for a potential fourth Iron Man movie, Pearce implied it could. You can see additional screenshots below.






Thor: The Dark World comes out on Blu ray/DVD February 25.
