CMON's SDCC Exclusives: A Betrayal to Loyal Fans and Backers?

In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. These exclusives include: Zombicide: White Death TMNT Expansion: Featuring comics and Rocksteady and Bebop miniatures for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. Are you talented? Can you draw pretty pictures? Can you tell a story like nobody's business? Well if you think you have the chops to make it in the Comic Business, Top Cow is looking for you. Top Cow has just announced their 2013 Talent Hunt where aspiring comic writers and artists can get their work published. Hit read more to get the details.



"Another chance for you aspiring comic writers and artists to be published is here! 
Enter in Top Cow's 2013 Talent Hunt for a chance to have your work published through Top Cow! We encourage those who entered last year, as well as newcomers, to join us in the search for undiscovered talent.
Four previously unpublished writers, and four previously unpublished artists will be selected from all who enter the Talent Hunt, and will work together to create their own published single issue through Top Cow. In addition, 10 runner-up writers, and 10 runner-up artists will be chosen to create short stories that will be published together in an anthology book through Top Cow.
The Talent Hunt runs from September 2nd, 2013 through January, 31st, 2014. This will allow plenty of time for artists and writers alike to take their time and refine their entries - something we highly recommend you do! The date on which an entry is submitted is not taken into consideration when it comes time to review all submissions.
