Steamforged Games Acquires Euthia

Steamforged Games, leading UK tabletop games developer and publisher (Monster Hunter World: The Board Game, DARK SOULS: The Board Game , Horizon Zero Dawn: The Board Game , Bardsung , Epic Encounters , and more) announce acquisition of the Euthia IP and a partnership with Czech studio, Diea Games, to resurrect the Euthia board game crowdfunding campaign that was cancelled in May  this year after raising over half a million dollars in just two days.  Euthia, rated 8.8 on BoardGameGeek and currently out-of-print, is an open-world fantasy sandbox RPG board game that initially ran on Kickstarter in 2020 and was well-received by the public. Described as Diablo-esque by reviewers, the game can be played competitively, solo, or cooperatively. News of the cancellation of the second crowdfunding campaign was felt throughout the tabletop community. With Steamforged's support, Diea Games are now able to realise their dream of becoming a full-time development studio and can continue their w

Thor: God of Thunder #6 - What the Gods Have Wrought

Somewhere at the end of the time, all the gods of the universe are enslaved, working to build a machine that will forever change the face of creation.

What is...the Godbomb? And what can Thor, the last free god in all the cosmos, do to stop it?

The Origin of a Butcher

The second arc is here and it starts now. It continues with the new villain Gorr and this may be a let down for some big Thor fans because in the issue he doesn't appear at all. We have came to the moment where Jason Aaron is telling us the origin of this blood thirsty villain that is a God Butcher and it should turn out good because it's always good to know what is driving the villain to his acts.

We travel back when Gorr was a kid and almost like every psycho in comic books or a super-villain he had a troubled past. His father died and one day his mother saved him with her own life. After that he lost his wife and had to kill his last son. It's a sad story that can really touch you deep down but it's generic. It's like every origin story of a psychotic villain in comic books and it ain't really different from their origins. And after that he got his powers and just decided to kill the gods because they weren't there for him when he needed them. It looks like a good plot but the way it was done in the issue just felt forced and too sudden. I like how he just snapped in the end but it could have been done better. Aaron made it look sloppy and it felt that way.

Dark Avengers #188 - Agents of Thunder

Marvel's Dirty half-Dozen go to war with Iron Man!

As a world crumbles, What's up Moonstone's sleeve?

This March, Jeff Parker, Neil Edwards and Evil are our only hope!

Follow the Spider

The not amazing action in the series continues even though we are not getting action form our characters at all. Last issue it looked like things are just getting up in pace, U.S. Agent started walking again and we saw him in action and I had some hopes that things will change but they are exactly the same. This time the Dark Avengers (Thunderbolts) spend almost half of the issue captured again and talking what are they about to do. It's not interesting anymore and it actually never was interesting to see the main characters do nothing in the issue and some characters that are just for the story arc do everything.

We also continue with the whole team split up. Ragnarok is unconscious for the whole freaking issue and in the end he wakes up and screams something stupid, Skaar is under Strange's spell and can't even say a normal sentence while talking to Reed Richards and Moonstone is kinda 'dead'. This doesn't feel like an issue or a story from Parker at all and I am fairly disappointed from what he is doing right now. I mean there are only two issues left and the story still kinda nowhere.

Superior Spider-Man #6AU - Doomsday Scenario

An AGE OF ULTRON tie-in! The Superior Spider-Man enters the Age of Ultron!

Like Age of Ultron

This is one of the few Age of Ultron tie-ins that we are getting for now and this also like Age of Ultron and the Fantastic Four tie-in it was no good. The story just feels not in place and even though the fact that even Gage understands and writes a better Spock the book is still no good for the readers.

From the start I was really confused. We see how Spider-Man is just walking around NYC seeing all of the destruction and just ends up in the heroes hideout where things get even more confusing. It seems this is the first time he gets there but he has already witnessed everything else and the fact that Hawkeye saved him in Age of Ultron #1 seems pointless. And just for the coolness, Tony sends him on a mission to Horizon Labs along with Quicksilver who serves him no purpose. This just seemed out of place and it looked like it was just too forced because the editors wanted a Spider-Man tie-in.
