In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. Cover/Solicit - 3/5

- Would I pick-up the comic based on the solicit/cover alone? Are the alternate covers appealing? Does the solicit/cover portray what happens in the issue?

Art - 4/5

- Do I personally like this artist's style? Does the artist stay true to the characters appearance?

Colors/Ink/Lettering - 4/5

- Does the work blend well with the artist? Is the coloring/inking enjoyable and easy to distinguish what's happening? Can I easily read the lettering?

Layout/Flow - 3/5

- Does the layout of the issue make it easy to read? Does the issue have a good flow of the plot and keep me engaged?

Story - 3/5

- Weighted Triple. How well did the issue further develop the current story? How well did the issue further develop the characters? Did I enjoy reading the issue?

Verdict - 3.3

- I'm not really into this cover, it's a combination of the art and the pose. Something that could have made the cover really nice is if Flash Thompson's shadow as Venom instead to go with the title "The Evil Inside Us All". Luckily the art in the issue was well done and makes up for the cover art. Being a .1 issue I feel they did an OK job of conveying the recent events, but more could have been explored. I am however confused as to when the events of this issue took place due to Hellstorm being in The Raft, and the events in New Avengers. Their really wasn't much to the story, we find Flash in conflict with the Venom symbiote while also trying to figure out what is to become from his deal with the Satan from the Circle of Four arc. In the final pages we do get a lead-in to the upcoming issues with Flash seemingly not always in control of his own body, and that he decides to leave New York. I really enjoyed Venom up to now and this was a so-so issue, here's hoping the next story arc will be great.
