Star Wars: Lost Tribe of the Sith #4 Review

Cover - 5/5

- Would I pick-up the comic based on the cover alone? Are the alternate covers appealing? Does the cover portray what happens in the issue?

Art - 3/5

- Do I personally like this artist's style? Does the artist stay true to the characters appearance?

Color/Ink - 3/5

- Does the work blend well with the artist? Is the coloring/inking enjoyable and easy to distinguish what's happening?

Layout - 3/5

- Does the layout of the issue make it easy to read? Does the issue have a good flow of the plot and keep me engaged?

Story - 3/5

- Weighted Triple. How well did the issue further develop the current story arc? How well did the issue further develop the characters?

Verdict - 3.2

- What I think: Yes it's bad when the best thing about an issue is the cover. I'm still reading this to get thru the story. I believe the fault lies in that the series is based on a Novel that I personally haven't read. This leads to some missing information in my eyes. The art style of the book, while not horrible is not my taste and after 4 issues I've grown accustomed to it. One of my biggest gripes about the layout of this issue is it seems like several panels seem to be cut off. Overall this issue is better than previous issues but overall the series didn't impress me as much as say, Star Wars: Darth Vader and the Ghost Prison. With one issue left hopefully they bring things to a clean close.
