In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. However, CMON's recent decision to make exclusive content for these games available only at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) has sparked significant outrage among its loyal supporters. The Exclusivity Issue At the heart of the controversy are the exclusive expansions and content for Zombicide: White Death, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Marvel United. These exclusives include: Zombicide: White Death TMNT Expansion: Featuring comics and Rocksteady and Bebop miniatures for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. This expansion is only available at SDCC, but was highly requested by backers during the entire campaign. Godzilla Expansion for Cthulhu: D

DC Cancels Four 'New 52' Titles

Well it looks like DC has canceled another four of their New 52 titles. August will be the final issues for Threshold, Demon Knights, Dial H, and Legion of Super-Heroes.

I never really cared for Legion since the beginning and I'm shocked it lasted this long. I personally liked Legion Lost more, and of course it has already been canceled. I was reading Dial H, although never really got into it and not surprised it's going. Threshold on the other hand has me confused since it's a newer title and seemed like a good place to put characters like Blue Beetle, Larfleeze and DC's other space related characters. I have mixed feelings about Demon Knights, I never read it but after seeing a preview on Comic Vine I was tempted to pick it up.

Oh well, I guess we will have to wait and see what comics they replace them with. I hope they bring back maybe a few Wildstorm characters. What I don't want to see is another four Bat books, or more Super books. It's like TV Networks who want ratings like American Idol even if a show has a fan base or great writing they cancel it, not taking other factors into consideration like time slot, they just want advertisers $$. DC seems to use Superman and Batman as their benchmark the same way. I know they already announced a new Superman book. And The Movement and Green Team have been announced. I haven't read either yet but personally I dont' see them lasting any longer than Threshold did.
