In recent years, CMON has built a reputation for creating some of the most beloved board games in the industry. Titles like Zombicide , Dune , Cyberpunk 2077 , Cthulhu: Death May Die , Arcadia Quest and Marvel United have garnered a dedicated fanbase, many of whom have supported these games through Kickstarter campaigns and retail purchases. Viz Manga App for iPhone & iPod

VIZ Manga for iPhone & iPod Touch (it’s free, but you buy each title) this morning. Death Note, Naurto and Bleach are some of the ‘premiere’ titles, but there are quite a few other great ones.

The store is really easy-to-use and it has some pretty nice titles at launch and I like how you can get several volume one titles for free. The iPhone/iPod Touch screen real estate doesn’t really allow for the BEST manga-reading experience (it’s small), but for satisfying your need for manga-on-the-go, it does a good job.

Here are the titles available right now:

  • Absolute Boyfriend
  • Bakuman
  • Black Bird
  • BLEACH
  • Blue Exorcist
  • Captive Hearts
  • Claymore
  • D.Gray-Man
  • Death Note
  • DragonBall
  • DragonBall Z
  • Fairy Cube
  • Kekkaishi
  • MeruPuri
  • NARUTO
  • Natsume’s Book of Friends
  • Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan
  • One Piece
  • Otomen
  • Oran High School Host Club
  • Rosario + Vampire

  • Torkio
  • Vampire Knight
  • not simple

Here’s their App Store description:

Welcome to the VIZ Manga app! You now have the greatest manga from Japan at your fingertips, at long last in a convenient, downloadable format for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch! Your manga purchases will be accessible from all iOS devices and shared bookmarks provide an even more seamless reading experience.
Let me know if you get the app and let me know what you think!
